from left to right: close-ups, manipulations, seeing double, straight-up fotos, teevee photos

this is the sx-70 part of the tour. the sx-70 is the best polaroid camera around. they are not made anymore, but a "new, improved", more expensive model is out. it's more for professionals, at least the cost of it is. all the sx-70s i have are used.
in the collection that jesse and i share we have 5: 2 sonar-focus types, 3 manual slr focus types. both the sonars are black leather and stainless steel, 2 of the manuals are brown leather and stainless steel, and one is all black, metal and leather, with a grainy leather and a special little blue button.

why am i telling you all this? because they come in many different color variations, like white plastic with brown leather, and there are lots of different types to keep your eyes peeled for.

1 i personally believe that the Absolute Most to pay for a Sonar focus model would be $50, and that's if you're desperate and/or your money is burning a hole in your pocket.

2 for a manual slr focus model the Absolute Most price is $30.

3 look for them in thrift stores. sometimes they are in their carry cases behind a counter or something.

4 film is readily available, it's called Time-Zero film, and you can also put 600 film in it if you saw off the plastic tabs.

ps if you find a case, or accessories, or a manual for it you are a lucky duck, yes you are!
